Spring!
May 2021. Hello everyone. Here I am on my day off, writing to you, on what should be a beautiful spring day. However, my tapping of the keyboard is being drowned out by the heavy sleety rain on the Velux windows and I am watching the trees and bushes being bent by the wind. Happy New YEar
January 2020. I hope that 2020 brings good health and happiness to us all. Christmas is always a very busy time for many of us, not least for those of us in the retail industry. Long working hours and sometimes frustrated customers all add to the stresses that the season brings. It is nice to know then, that Players soldier on in the face of adversity....
